"Celebrating Resurrection Sunday..."
Just as good as it gets...
When you know what anchors your soul only solidifies where you're putting your faith, hope and love is the greatest security you'll ever have as a believer in Christ Jesus.
I'm gonna hold on to the truth that:
"In all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." (Romans 8:28)
"As God's children, we are sure to face a spectrum of trials, meet many a disappointment, and at times suffer momentary defeat. But our God reigns, and our faith is well placed.
The Cross and the empty tomb forever provide Jesus Christ's unmistakable ID." ~ Allen Groff
Wood
"True wealth isn't measured by your bank account or automobile. As fellow heirs with Christ (Rom. 8:17), believers have access to God's riches, which include unspeakable joy, unconditional love, and peace beyond understanding." ~ From A Publication Of In Touch Ministries, March, 2014
Thank You Lord...
"FaithPoint Children's Egg Fill-In Basket Harvest"
If there's one thing I won't miss to capture is that kind of delight you see
in children's eyes as they rush to the field where those eggs filled with
candies & chocolates are kind of a special harvest to their hearts.
I even overheard, may be a preschooler that said, " this activity is in remembrance
of Jesus' love for us." Amazing truth. Undeniable--Jesus' grace.
Happy Resurrection Sunday

How many more miracles do you need from Jesus before you open your eyes to the truth that He is the only Way, the Truth & the Life?"

"Where Beautiful Words are Hearkened...Today"

Philippians 1:3
I thank my God every time I remember you
The best captures for me where the splendor of words have parched, blossomed, and rejoiced in my heart happened in my early childhood years. These captures have my soul gripping and moving to every reminiscent of childhood memories.
And Today is a good spring day to bring such hope, faith & love into Thanksgiving. I still remember vividly how as a happy & inquisitive child I was with a heart that is softened and hearkened by the divine beauty and its abundance found in Nature's warmth color & earthly scent.
My soul was and still is content of marveling "sunshine" flowers growing unleashed in the fields; watching birds whirled, chattered-- hearing their tweets as they fly before my eyes. All those early "walks" in the valleys along with the neighborhood kids & friends will always be an auspice of joy. How would you get over or get tired watching the sunrise & the sunset; the sky that remains bluer in your mind while settling in one of the sturdy branches of a fruit tree, undisturbed. Thanks to my late dad whose toils on the ground had produced plenty. He grew fruit trees, vegetable gardens, landscaped, designed and planted the surroundings of our house with perennial flowers and bushes. And mom was always there to inspire my dad's work by merely teaching us to be mindful and grateful of God's providence in us as a family and respecting stewardship. I could never think of a footage in my memory where I have to dispel, skip or mute a season of sorrow. I had many bubbly, "just right" childhood memories that I go back to--periodically, and in special day like today. These are good memories and I have plenty of them. Thus, the whole gamut of these childhood experiences have impacted me up to a point where I didn't wanna grow mature and just soak myself to unburdened, less complicated life like when I was young. I've always been a dreamer, a chaser of what has framed my young mind--words that edifies, hums, breathes inspiration within the parameters of who I am spiritually. God's grace, I believe has always been a given.
Today, it feels like that...traveling the path where it all began.
There is truth in the saying that our reservoir of childhood experiences will always be there to serve as an anchor whenever we have stormy days. We go back to the flowing of the miracle of that childhood innocence where almost everything carries and brings such aliveness into our hearts. There is no barrenness in the endless flourishing of God's glory in our lives. I believe then that God was and is in every detail of what springs beneath life's occurrences.
Just thankful especially Today that God has blessed me with parents and 8 siblings and wonderful friends and teachers that were and still are the very epitome of where my Hope & Faith & Love frolic within...But nothing can illuminate such personal experiences except the anointing of God's breathtaking wonders in our life.
Let Hope, Faith & God's Love triumph and reign your Life Today. After all, every cloud has its own silver lining. And mine never fades...it rises and rings in a beautiful song where words can hold me captive. And so do you...
You take care Always
Have a Blessed Saturday & God Bless You

"May Your Day Be Filled With Love & Blessings..."
The Lord will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore...Psalm 121:8
April 12 and it's 12:27 am. Felt like it's too good to be true. No sirens echoing or blasting outside ; my neighbors are quiet. My Labradors are sound asleep. All I have to hear is the sound of downpours of rain coming from my radio. I set it up like that whenever I'm about ready to sleep.
But tonight or rather; this early morning, I could hear the heartbeat of my soul. Heartbeats that are not loud; more of a settling sound that beckons me to write...
Early part of April is marked with tragic incidences here in Ft. Hood & in Pennsylvania. What is disturbing is that: we're so immune now of hearing shooting and stabbing rampages. Human life becomes like a utility and as if, nothing we can do about the root of the problem which is to me lies on the spiritual decay of our faith in God. What happened to us? I dare ask for my sanity's sake.
There is no sense trying to understand how people can just snap or blame it on the triggers of their inhuman actions. I'm almost certain that such heinous crimes are most likely perpetuated by many unexplained self-condemnations, the perils of depression that have been haunting the mind; the abandoned self-worth that has been nullified and aggravated by those they trust & love but it is what it is...We have become self-absorbed of what surrounds us. There is a drought in our prayer life. We have forgotten to give praise & worship the Creator, the one true God, Jesus, who's the only way, the truth and the life.. And that no one comes to the Father except through Him, Jesus who died for our sins. We're like the Israelites in the wilderness paving way to the murmurs & discontent of their hearts. Their mindsets were still enslaved to the Pharaoh's entitlements in Egypt. And so do we, worst I think.
We have a loving God whose love is unparalleled. His son Jesus bore all our sins at the Calvary's cross. We are redeemed. However, we can't understand the fullness of His love for us if Jesus is not our personal Savior & Lord of our life.
I hope and Pray that Today be that turning point of your life to know Him better. For even if everything is going waywardly, and your life be taken away, just make sure your heart is in the right place with the Lord Jesus and Heaven will be your eternal Home.

"Bringing the Sunshine In..."
"Our worth comes not from the amount of our involvements, achievements, or possessions, but from the depth and care which we bring to each moment, place, and person in our lives." ~ Richard A. Bower
"Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your sunshine ..."~Anthony D. Angelo
Jolly's birthday...It's a marvelous time to get together with family & friends. Kind of chilly to be out tonight but my sister-in-law's cooking and cheerful hospitality is worth coming out even with the common cold.
