"Good Friday, It Is..."

I am alive and well...Thank God for my eyes that though they may be blurry to see the physical beauty of things, I don't dismay because every heartbeat of mine holds what the naked eyes can't see...

Thank you Lord Jesus for knowing the knowledge of your unconditional love and faithfulness. I may not fully understand your will for my life but I believe that every person and every circumstance you've put in my journey is for me to see that life without your guidance and wisdom is truly a miserable and so meaningless life here on earth.

Thank you God for Today...

"That's What You Are...Unstoppable God"

What we think & do doesn't affect God's nature-- loving us unconditionally. All we need to do is seek his face in prayer, worship, and even in the cauldron of pain stirred by shattered dreams...

We do put God sometimes where we need him and in reality we don't have a clue how big of The God he is. We still rely on our own strength and that arrogance in the flesh creeping in every crevice therein... And when we fail which we all do, we have the audacity to blame him. Think about it: God allows things to happen to us so his purpose be revealed on our lives. Some of us never learn and go to our graves
missed out on singing with the angels of God; haunted forever of that reunion with our love ones and finally damned in hell for refusing to believe the truth that Jesus is the only way, the truth & the Life everlasting.
So keep believing & walking the Faith till he comes...

Have a Blessed Sunday

"God Inhabits The Praise Of His People"

Whether you're at church singing with the choir & the congregation or singing your heart alone to God, that's your highest praise. It is transforming...almost like teleporting. Your emotion is immediately transpired, invoked. No explanations required. And that's what music does--a very powerful surge, a poignant touchstone to your soul and a reminder that we're all broken together...And God is still healing Today.

"God, Forever You Reign..."

One of my favorite songs of Praise... (Glorious Ruins)

"I believe that every heartache and hardship and profound loneliness are such things that has a back door. They allow us entry into a communion with Christ we don't usually experience in our change of ease and song.

Most of us have our deepest encounters with Christ not on
mountain tops but in the valley floors..."

Have a very Blessed Sunday.

"Hope Wins..." ALWAYS

Today, Hope Springs...

So, I haven't been writing. My bad...Totally lame for any remote excuse except the right to hibernate in any given season, like the Polar Bears in the winter.

Many countless moments I tried to gather my thoughts to write but it was just wasn't there. I wasn't lonely, melancholic or depressed--nothing like that, for not posting. I just knew I became an avid spectator of my own dormant season. There was even one moment when I considered closing my blogger account. Well, if I did succumb to that moment, every single random, preconceived, & creative thought I shared is a ridiculous hoax of me professing to be a writer @ heart. And that premise didn't set in. Writing has always been and will always be a lifeline...

It took Hope to spring forth a Day like this...Hope always wins. And sometimes it takes one email that contains "the message" that revives the dried bones in your soul.
Happy Spring
Here's what's in my hotmail inbox that says the catalyst of Hope from Michael Hyatt's post, "Life is risky--Dive in anyway.
"As we wrestle with doubts, fears, and uncertain outcomes, do we retreat or dive? Merely observe or really live? Yes, it’s dangerous. It might not go well. But our hope isn’t in the odds.
It’s in a God who heals all things sick. Who redeems all things lost. Who brings orphans together in unusual families. And who weaves all frail and broken things into a glorious overall whole. A story. His story.
And the best news of all? When we reach the final page, regardless of what happens between now and then, hope wins. So go ahead. You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain. Dive."

"The Unfinished Symphony..."

violin : illustration - violin with the fiddle stick. Created with gradient mesh.

guitar : acoustic guitar neck on piano keys

I found my feet ushering to the Guitar Center late this afternoon. I thought that was whimsical for me to stop by instead of driving straight to home. Who'd rather be at the guitar center more than reclining on your sofa at home and curled up with a heavy textured blanket? Remember, it's 34 degrees, cold outside. Or better yet, I could have joined a large number of people showing up to the stores for a good bargain on Presidents'Day! But I didn't and chose to follow my instinct.

So, there I was in a closed room adulating on those beautiful guitars hanged on the walls. At first I tried to strum the acoustic guitars that I could possibly buy in the near future; then, just demolished the whole idea and tried to play some more that were out of my price range to see whether the tags do translate a better sound. Believe it or not, what matters most to me is how comfortable your fingertips as they press on the string. And I found one that is pretty much on my alley.
Wow. Gosh... I muttered to myself. It was so timely that no one but only me was checking out those elegantly displayed arched guitars. As if that moment in that room was just for me strumming different acoustic guitars without any distraction. It was surreal... My only regret was not having a camera or even an iPhone with me. But I guess, there are moments in life that a moment like this, one need not be captured by lens but just by your heartstring.

I left the place with such an ease and an unbroken accord to which my heart still sings. Music does transcend its magic, mystery & Hope. Love how that enfolds me to a new song even if it's left unfinished, or undone. Just saying...

Don't ever abandon your first inkling for playing a musical  instrument. It doesn't matter how old you are. Just keep playing music even there's no encore. Play for you...for your sanity.

"In Culminating Our Corporate "Fast..."

Last night was a rainbow of joyful tears...

As our corporate "Fast" came to an end, testimonies of personal victories were echoed in sentimental volumes in the sanctuary last night. Messages of hearty outcry--prayers for healing for family restoration;healing from false religious strongholds; and healing from any kind of captivity or bondage that is keeping us from boldness to declare and proclaim God's anointing power on us were powerfully "laid hands on" by His Holy presence. We only have to believe that His grace is upon on those prayers that breaks cultural/racial boundaries.

I thank the Lord Jesus for having given me such tremendous blessing last night. My very two good friends and sisters-in-Christ (Seny & Steffi) were praising, praying and in agreeing with me for God's divine grace that surely abounds. My beloved mom and my three sisters and brother-in-law Alix were there, too. I also thank the Lord for our Pastors whose hearts have this undeniable, unquenchable fire to reach for unsaved souls. I couldn't ask for a better night to have felt His presence. "To God be the Glory; and He will give us the Victory"-- No doubt.

Let me share you the holy scripture that prompted my heart to meditate on:
Mark 10: And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

Have a Blessed, Victorious Saturday Everyone!
